PT Central Proteinprima Tbk, a company of the processed food products has launched the latest brand, Golden Fiesta Seafood Whole Shrimp Wonton Soup and Whole Shrimp Wonton Soup with Noodle, the first Wonton Cup in Indonesia. This ‘microwave ready’ product is in frozen pack, to keep the quality of products’ fresh when it serves.
Wontonivora is likely to chosen, because it sounds catchy to attract Indonesian people to be wonton enthusiasts. Wonton, in literal Indonesian meaning is ‘pangsit’, is a familiar cuisine among food lovers. As a cross-culture food, wonton’s based ingredients are meat filling in a dough skin made of flour, egg, water and salt. This is the kind of food that is very flexible in terms of processing.
Both product has inspired Golden Fiesta Seafood to create a latest ‘microwave ready’ product. To honour the seafood concept, Golden Fiesta Seafood selected a whole shrimp meat as a filling inside the dough to keep the freshness and tasteful from the ingredients, the first Wonton Cup in Indonesia is presented as a ready-to-cook and frozen pack soup.
